Happy Farmhouse Spring Outing of Engomy in April
In order to enrich the staff’s amateur life, and also to consolidate and promote the company culture atmosphere, so as to enhance the staff’s sense of belonging and identity of Engomy, on April 15th, 2017, the company organized an outdoor barbecue activity in the Happy Farm in Dongping Mountain. Staff of both Engomy Energy and Engomy Solar, as well as the employees’ family members, took part in this activity. During the activity, all the staff performs our own functions, wash vegetables, string kebabs, place tables, make fires, barbecue, all were in fun and in order.
In the second half, we had a game of tug of war; all the members joined actively and had fun, and enjoyed the warm atmosphere.
The spring out activity ended in laughter. This activity not only strengthened the staff’s sense of solidarity and sense of honor between colleagues, but also enhanced our sense of identity and sense of belonging of Engomy corporate culture. It was really a meaningful activity.
