Recently, the 929.885 kW distributed photovoltaic power project at the factory of Xiamen GPP Electronics Co., Ltd. (A-share | 300632), constructed by Xiamen ENGOMY, has been successfully grid-connected. This project has facilitated the company's low-carbon transformation, achieving both economic and social benefits.

Xiamen ENGOMY was responsible for the entire process of surveying, designing, and construction of the project, which successfully started generating electricity on June 14, 2023. The photovoltaic inverters in this project convert the DC electricity generated by the photovoltaic modules into 380V low-voltage AC electricity, and the project is connected to the grid using the "self-consumption with surplus electricity grid connection" mode.

In response to the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality policies, the project adopted a contract energy management model, which not only saved electricity costs for the company but also provided insulation for the factory, reducing air conditioning expenses and enhancing the company's image.

This project can provide the company with approximately 1 million kWh of electricity annually, resulting in a reduction of approximately 1,027 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and savings of about 314 tons of standard coal. It brings significant economic and social benefits.
